The Imaging Supervisor provides leadership and direction for all imaging operations, including X-ray, MRI, and C-arm fluoroscopy services within the Orthopedic Institute. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, this role ensures safe, accurate, and efficient diagnostic imaging that supports high-quality orthopedic care. The Imaging Manager oversees imaging staff, manages workflow and scheduling, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes excellence in patient experience, image quality, and operational performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Staff Support: Provide daily leadership, scheduling, and supervision for all imaging staff, including X-ray, MRI, and C-arm technologists.
Clinical Operations & Workflow Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations for all imaging modalities, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal patient delays.
Quality, Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulations (ACR, ARRT, OSHA, HIPAA, and radiation safety standards).
Education & Training: Assist with onboarding, orientation, and competency assessment for new clinical team members.
Equipment & Technology Management: Oversee operation and maintenance of X-ray, MRI, and C-arm units to ensure consistent performance and safety.
Patient Experience & Collaboration: Promote a professional, compassionate, and safe imaging experience for all patients.
