Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department
- Scheduling appointments for patients and ensuring accuracy of information
- Taking referrals from other providers to schedule with one of our twenty-two physicians. Ensure all referral paperwork is received and entered into our electronic health records.
- Assisting patients with questions and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient information
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology required
- Experience with electronic health records systems required
